If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The failure of api5000 failure to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
